Late check-out might be possible depending on the occupancy of the hotel and whether your room is already reserved for another customer. Please contact our front desk the day prior to check-out to request a late checkout.

The Hotel Garrett does not have any parking facilities. There are several nearby parking lots, including our sister property next door (hotel Fiona)

Luggage and personal items can be left up to 06 hours prior to check in, or up to 06 hours after check

Packages are accepted provided they are small, weigh 15 lbs. or less and arrive within 72 hours

The minimum age to check-in is 21

Not all rooms can accommodate rollaway beds. When provided there will be an additional charge per night.

All major credit cards are accepted for room payment. No cash or personal checks are accepted. Debit cards are accepted but not recommended as various authorizations on this type of card often result in an actual debit followed by a later credit from the banks, immobilizing your funds unnecessarily.

Hotel Garrett does not offer transportation to and from the nearby airports. Transportation options include a Lyft/Uber/Taxi as well as the BART (Bay Area Rapit Transportation) to the Civic Center UN Plaza BART Station. 

Hotel Garrett is a non-smoking facility.

No, but breakfast is available at a number of nearby cafes within two blocks.

Hotel Garrett does not have a restaurant on-site, however there are some great options for a delicious meal within a short walk.

Hotel Garrett does not have a pool. But our guests enjoy access to the heated rooftop pool at the SoMa House across the street.

Yes, the hotel has accessible rooms on property. It is recommended that they be requested at the time the reservation is made. Please contact our reservations or front desk departments.
